Are files in CMYK color format?
Using Adobe Illustrator? ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES. ALL IMAGES MUST BE EMBEDDED
Using Adobe Photoshop? FLATTEN ALL LAYERS, 300 DPI, CMYK SAVE AS TIF FILE.
ALL FILES MUST BE RE-NAMED WITH YOUR ORDER AS THE BEGINNING OF THE FILE NAME. 75000_FRONT.TIF, 75000_BACK.TIF
File dimensions - Your files must ALWAYS have a bleed area. This is usually your background color or image extending out beyond the actual size of the card by an extra .25 of an inch in the document size. If your file is saved at the exact size of your card, the files will be rejected.
