All products excluding graphic design, ordered through Premiumcards.net are "gang run printed." PremiumCards.net will reproduce color from digital files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match color and density due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.
You agree that if you intend to use heavy ink coverage on your card that the ink on the edges of the cards may crack when cutting causing a dusted edge effect. Although this is not always the case, we suggest that little to no ink is used around the edges to avoid any such problem, but this warning is just that, a warning. The likeliness of the cracking is very minimal, but has happened in some cases. No printing company can produce a business card that has heavy ink coverage without some edge cracking. It is simply the nature of the process.
Clients must provide high resolution images of 300dpi suited for offset printing. PremiumCards.net is not liable for images printing poorly due to the Client providing low resolution images or improperly prepared files.
Clients must provide all full color printing images in CMYK format. PremiumCards.net is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. CLIENT SHOULD CONTACT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO COMPLETING AN ORDER IF CLIENT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and artwork is uploaded to our site or emailed to our site, there will be no refunds or cancellations granted. Changes to your files can be made up until your account is updated to "Processed" status (not "processing"). After the order is placed and files have not been sent within 24 hrs or next day, the account will automatically be credited and refunds will be refused. We process all orders immediately to avoid any delays in production. This is usually to the clients benefit, but in some cases where a client needs to cancel an order, a credit will be noted on the clients account as long as files have not been processed for print.
THE ONLY WAY A REFUND IS GIVEN IS IF THE CLIENT JUST PLACED THE ORDER AND HAS NOT UPLOADED OR EMAILED ANY FILES. THIS REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN THE SAME WORKING DAY OF THE ORDER, OTHERWISE A CREDIT WILL BE NOTED. CREDITS WILL BE GOOD FOR 60 DAYS. THANK YOU. |
