Most people will find the information in the templates to be self explanatory, but we do recognize that some people may not be as savvy. To be sure you don't delay your order, we suggest you or your graphic designer go over the common issues above before you place your order. Should you need any help understanding, please contact us via email at art[at]premiumcards.net. Turnaround times are estimated from the day you approve proofs if you requested them. Sometimes we send proofs if we feel necessary. This will also cause delay if you do not respond in a timely manner. Why would we send proofs? If your files do not meet the above guidelines and we decide on fixing instead of waiting for new files, we may fix them for you and then send proofs just to make sure we did not erase anything important.

Your proofs are meant to do one thing, show approximate position. The process we use to print in MOST cases is full color process printing (CMYK). Our printing and finishing capabilities are similar to most other printers. The following does not hold any guarantees. Exact color matching, Precise trimming (Perfectly centered cuts and rounded corners) and turnaround times. All these are estimated and taken in to consideration. If you have a time sensitive order, please consider these limitations. PROOFS WILL DELAY A JOB BY A DAY. Please plan ahead if you have a specific in hands date.
